Method of Forming Small Diameter Few-Walled Carbon nanotubes with High Purity

Duke University is seeking a company interested in commercializing a novel and versatile method to synthesize few-walled carbon nanotubes using alcohol and/or a mixture of alcohols as carbon feeding stock. This proprietary technology provides a method to initiate the growth of nanotubes at a high temperature. It also provides methods to improve the purity of the raw nanotube samples.
